How long do your candles burn?
Our 8 oz candles provide approximately 40–50 hours of burn time when properly cared for.
Are your candles hand-poured?
Yes! Every Caylia Naturals candle is hand-poured in small batches in Texas to ensure quality and consistency.
What kind of wax do you use?
We use a premium wax blend paired with high-quality fragrance oils to create a clean, long-lasting fragrance experience.
Why doesn't my candle smell as strong before I light it?
This is completely normal. Once the candle is burning and a full melt pool forms, the fragrance is released throughout the room.
How should I care for my candle?
Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn and allow the wax to melt completely across the top during the first burn to help prevent tunneling.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not at this time, but every Caylia Naturals candle is carefully packaged and ready for gifting.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
Can I send a candle as a gift?
Absolutely! Just enter the recipient's shipping address at checkout, and we'll send it directly to them.
