At Caylia Naturals, every candle is hand-poured in small batches and carefully packaged to arrive safely at your door.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

During new product launches, holidays, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Local Pickup (Optional)

If you're in the Forney, Texas area, local pickup may be available on select orders. Please contact us before placing your order to arrange pickup.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our candles are handcrafted and considered personal-use products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order number.
  • Attach photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We'll work quickly to make it right.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been shipped, Caylia Naturals is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If your package appears lost, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist you with filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
